Reservations and bookings
1. How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation on multiple pages on our website, wherever you see ‘Book this’ or ‘Book a suite’ or ‘Book here’. You can book through this link.
2. What are the payment and cancellation policies?
Payment policy
50% of the total reservation will be charged upon booking and the remaining balance will be settled upon guest’s arrival.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel after. In case of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Check-in and Check-out
3. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15.00 and check-out at 11.00 am.
4. Are early check-in and late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
5. Do I need to provide any identification during check-in?
Yes, we ask that you provide an ID or passport for identification purposes.
Rooms and amenities
6. What types of rooms are available?
There are three types of rooms available at Olivera Suites Sarti.
a. Maisonette with Private Pool

7. Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, the rooms have both an air-conditioner and ceiling fans.
Facilities and services
8. What facilities are available at the hotel?
There are private pools and jacuzzis that are accessible based on the suite you book. There is also free private parking and a parking space for electrical cars with extra charge.
9. Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
We offer breakfast every morning between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. A breakfast tray with a variety of breakfast produce is delivered to your door upon request via a phone call or message. From the minute you call, you let us know when you would want breakfast to be delivered. Please always allow up to 20-30 minutes to prepare the food.
As to cleaning, this is available every day, but you can also request that it doesn’t take place. Every 3 days, we change towels, sheets, and clean the pools at times when you are away from your room, so we do not interfere with your vacation.
Location and transportation
10. How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The closest airport is Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia, SKG, in Thessaloniki. The best way to reach the hotel is by car, which you can rent at the airport or from different other places. Please reach out if you are not planning or coming by car.

12. Is public transport easily accessible from the hotel?
The best way to get around is by car so when you are in Sarti, we recommend you rent one. Please reach oout if you are considering another way to get around.
Payment and policies
13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Revolut, Mastercard, money transfer to a bank account, and cash.
14. Is smoking allowed in the rooms or public areas?
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms. You may smoke in public areas outside of the rooms.
Special requests and accessibility
15. Can the hotel accommodate guests with disabilities?
At the moment, we do not have the necessary provisions to accommodate guests with disabilities.
16. Can I request for extra beds or baby cribs?
We do not offer extra beds or baby cribs.
